Visit Nielanell’s eclectic studio in Hoswick to discover an indulgence of vibrant colour and scrumptuous texture. Innovative, contemporary knitwear (known as ‘artwear’) is all designed and made in Shetland. Highly original textiles are transformed into flattering, simple styles.
Try on the unique upside-down jacket and see if you can resist it! Alternatively, throw on a grown-up hoodie – knitwear with attitude.

In the summer season opening times are from 10am-5pm daily, except for Sundays which are from 11am-4pm. If you would like a peek outwith these hours, just phone. We can easily open for you. Check the website for other opening hours during the year. Textile/other tours are always welcome. Workshops in artyarn spinning and dyeing can be arranged.
